SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Marketing Coordinator is a full-time hybrid position within our Marketing Department. This position is responsible for creating and executing the team’s internal marketing and communications, basic graphic design, social media, copy writing, video content, and more. The role requires someone who is self-motivated and detailed-oriented with an innovative attitude and can balance several tasks to help enhance our digital marketing platforms as a vital communication tool for our customers. Having an understanding or having previous marketing experience within the military and Veterans demographic is a plus.
This position will report to the Marketing Manager and the candidate will adhere to the team’s brand strategy and guidelines when developing content for all digital platforms and assisting in the management of assigned digital media responsibilities.

KNOWEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to deliver key business goals through content (including internal communications, graphic design, digital marketing promotions, lead generation efforts, and generating marketing qualified leads), digital marketing and internal communications.
- Create and support campaigns executed through marketing platforms with multichannel tactics, including social media, digital, emails, SMS, and other digital channels.
- Plan events for festivals, sponsorships, and on-site for different brands.
- Write and edit content for multichannel distribution, including Teams, websites, email, print, social, digital signage, video and more. Produce relevant content that adheres to brand standards and messaging guidelines and can utilize our AI content development tools. Content development includes some of the following:
- Produce and manage content for internal events and culture committee.
- Produce content for social media sites including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
- Coordinate outsourcing additional content development with freelancers.
- Graphic Design – Use Adobe creative suite or Canva to generate content for social media and imagery aligned with brand style guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience working directly for a brand or within an agency.
- Must be self-directed, detail-oriented and can organize and schedule work effectively to meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all departments and externally.
- Ability to work both independently and the desire to learn more as we grow.
- Ability to multitask and re-prioritize assignments appropriately, while maintaining an ability to juggle numerous projects simultaneously.
- Video and image content creation for social media
- Basic understanding of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
- Immersed in social networks (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and others)
- Strong visual eye for social media graphics, photography, videos, copy, etc.
- Strong understanding of social media best practices and social platforms.
- Experience with WordPress ,Go High Level, or similar CMS platforms.
- Intense passion for helping us grow digital marketing aspects of the business.
- Strong attention to detail, grammar, and proofreading skills.
- A proactive attitude and strong time management skills delivering to meet deadlines.
- Solutions oriented approach to work and possesses a strong willingness to venture into the unknown, experiment, and work collaboratively.
- Customer services skills
- Experience with Teams, Meta, TikTok, Canva, Jasper or Claude AI, and other digital marketing platforms.
- A degree in marketing, communications, or graphic design, preferred but not required.
- Veterans and Military experience are also welcome.
- An understanding of military culture and language, vocabulary and jargon are a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Prolonged periods of standing or sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Must be available to work weekends
