What are the responsibilities and job description for the Power Platform Developer position at Global Technology Partners?
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer with strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade business applications and workflow solutions while driving modernization initiatives across the Microsoft ecosystem.
- This a long term contract with Hybrid work mode in Minneapolis, MN
- Due to the nature of the project, we require Visa independent candidates only.
- Local candidates preferred or who are willing to relocate on their own expenses.
Required skills & experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with more than 5 years of development experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365
- Strong hands-on with Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and InfoPath modernization
- Experience building Complex Canvas & Model-driven apps, Advanced Power Automate workflows and Enterprise solutions on Dataverse
- Integration: APIs, connectors, REST, authentication
- Governance: DLP, licensing, environment management, security roles
- Technical ops: ALM, deployments, troubleshooting
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Problem-solving and ownership mindset
- Ability to turn ambiguity into structured solutions
