Job Title: Workflow & Policy Assembly Specialist
The Workflow & Policy Assembly Specialist will print copies of insurance applications and match customer insurance applications to corresponding policy pages.
- Assemble policy pages according to state guidelines
- Prep envelope packages according to state guidelines
- Run envelopes through the postage meter
- Deliver mail to the post office
- Route incoming mail to the appropriate office or department
- Monitor the Outlook mailbox
Key Responsibilities:
- Excellent attendance
- Ability to work overtime, as needed
- Great attention to detail
- Motivated to work independently to meet individual goals
- Ability to repetitively lift ~20 pounds
- Proficient typing
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to stand for multiple hours at a time
- Takes initiative to improve processes
