Job Title: Loan Operations Representative I
Location: Lewiston, ME (Onsite)
Duration: 7 Months (Possible Extension)
Pay Rate: $20.50/hour on W2
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Position Summary
The Loan Operations Representative I is responsible for performing administrative tasks to support loan servicing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry and organizational skills, along with the ability to quickly learn new systems and maintain high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform administrative duties related to loan servicing activities.
- Enter and maintain data accurately within internal systems and Excel spreadsheets.
- Review and process loan-related documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Nice to Have
- Understanding of loan documents (strong plus).
- Experience in banking or financial services.
- Familiarity with Loan Serve or Encompass systems.
- Basic tax knowledge.
