Job Summary
A Program Analyst supporting Business & Site Readiness for the Propel rollout operates as a central coordination and analytics hub to ensure the organization is operationally prepared for go-live. This role is responsible for establishing structured tracking mechanisms, maintaining visibility across readiness activities, and synthesizing complex program data into clear, actionable insights for leadership decision-making. The analyst works across multiple teams including business leads, SCRUM teams, and readiness stakeholders to monitor deliverables, track dependencies, and identify risks or gaps that may impact readiness. By translating execution-level detail into executive-ready reporting, the Program Analyst enables informed, business-led decisions tied to readiness milestones and go/no-go criteria.
