- Position Type: Contract
- Contract Duration: Approximately 11 months
- Start: As Soon As Possible
- Pay Rate: $90.00 - $95.00 per hour
- Completes moderate to complex problems and takes a new perspective on existing solutions, plans, and goals
- Works independently on most issues while providing direction on overall program plans and objectives
- Owns most or all deliverables within the program implementation plan
- Communicates findings and recommendations to various levels of management
- Develops budget forecasts, conducts variance analysis, and proposes corrective solutions
- Creates new and ad-hoc reports, summarizes findings, and delivers actionable business insights
- Strong program and project management experience, preferably within the utility industry (not required)
- Proven ability to analyze data across multiple formats (text, numerical, qualitative) to identify process improvement opportunities
- Demonstrated success working under tight deadlines with limited resources
- Excellent communication skills, especially when conveying complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver effective solutions
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience: 6 years of related experience or equivalent
- Advanced knowledge of Program Management principles and methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects with demanding timelines
- Strong understanding of business drivers and operational impacts
- Ability to assess, recommend, and implement solutions for assigned initiatives
- Experience managing or directing teams
- Ability to work within a regulated environment
- Knowledge of energy industry applications at the local customer level, including energy efficiency and customer programs
- Primarily office-based with extensive use of computers, phone calls, conference calls, and in-person meetings
- Hybrid assignment with potential field visits
- Travel may be required
- Company-issued laptop provided
