Procore Implementation Specialist

Job Summary:
The Technology and Innovation Consultant will provide development and deployment of advanced processes, tools, and technology to drive the efficient delivery of projects. The Technology and Innovation Consultant will partner with project teams, project managers, business line managers, and division management throughout the evaluation of market and business trends, problem identification, solution creation, and implementation phases while adhering to budget constraints, design factors and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist project teams to document business process and identify ways to improve execution of projects and services to improve workflow and efficiencies
- Present proposed project execution solutions (including software, hardware, code writing, automated processes, etc.)
- Responsible for executing proof of concept activities, including detailed savings, benefits, and automated process improvements
- Implement technology solutions for the successful adoption
- Provide technology support to teams and processes to ensure optimal utilization
- Evaluate existing processes and technology tools, and deploy new tools to improve efficiency and workflow improvements on client projects
- Research and implement new technology and develop innovative approaches to our services and client deliverables
- Attend tradeshows and conferences to present emerging trends, markets, and technologies to leadership
- Develop technologically innovative products, solutions, and services to create new revenue streams and improve project profit margins
- Assist in the development of business cases for large investments and initiatives to enter into a partnership. Assist in the presentation and launch of a new venture through the Launch program
- Develop and maintain external vendor relationships and evaluate integration of their solution(s) into business processes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as IT and Strategic Initiatives, to build holistic and cohesive solutions for clients
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Comply with all policies and standards
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related degree from an accredited program, OR
- Associate Degree, OR
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum 1 year of Procore experience required
- Engineers in Training (EIT) Certification preferred
Required Experience:
- 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the consulting industry (with Bachelor's Degree), OR
- 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the consulting industry (with Associate Degree), OR
- 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the consulting industry (with High School Diploma/GED)
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in standard engineering techniques and procedures for project and program management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills with internal and external audiences of various sizes
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, CAD platforms, GIS, analysis programs, and data acquisition platforms
- Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment, and demonstrated critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability in advanced learning of new concepts and applying knowledge to deliverables
- Procore proficiency
Preferred Skills:
- Strong knowledge in computer logic and data analytics
Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
