Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to assist the Product and Strategy team. The Specialist assists with fueling inorganic growth activities by analyzing and researching real estate opportunities within the wireless infrastructure industry. Day-to-day you will support the business by providing information to our marketing team and negotiators.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop efficient ways to use satellite images and search engines to increase leads
- Provide management with ongoing communication and reports about the status of data projects
- Work with the M&A team to research and verify leads
- Coordinate data and research projects
- Perform database cleanup and maintain data entry requirements by following program techniques and procedures
- Support the Marketing department by answering and forwarding inbound calls and routing them appropriately
- Review collateral and clean up data lists for outgoing campaigns
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills
- Strong computer skills with the ability to enter data quickly and accurately
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
- Basic understanding of databases
- Great attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively
- Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to achieve results professionally and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks within agreed-upon timeframes through effective prioritization in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with mapping sites
- Experience with finding individual contact information
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum one year of data entry or related office experience
