We are seeking a dynamic team leader with high emotional intelligence and the strategic capacity to navigate a complex, matrixed reporting structure.
Key Responsibilities- Build and lead teams with a demonstrated record of success
- Present complex financial data effectively to clinical and administrative leaders
- Navigate highly complex, matrixed organizations
- A CPA, or a Master's degree in finance, business, public, or health management
- 7 to 10 years of healthcare experience within an academic medical center, combining finance, accounting, and/or operations management
- Significant management experience with a demonstrated record of successfully building and leading teams
- Strong finance experience in a healthcare setting
- Leadership experience
- Ability to navigate highly complex, matrixed organizations
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to build trust
- Experience with clinical integration
- Experience with WorkDay & Strata
