Job SummaryThe IT Business Analyst for TrackWise Digital eQMS implementation serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring alignment of technology solutions with operational needs. This role partners with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for enterprise systems and digital initiatives. The analyst translates complex business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for IT development and implementation teams. They facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. The role ensures solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with global standards and strategic objectives. They work closely with IT to prioritize initiatives, manage backlogs, and support agile or hybrid delivery models. The analyst supports testing efforts, including UAT planning, execution, and validation of system functionality against requirements. They act as a liaison throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment. The role also contributes to change management by supporting training, documentation, and user adoption efforts. Additionally, the IT Business Analyst drives continuous improvement by leveraging data, user feedback, and performance metrics to optimize solutions and processes.
