Key Responsibilities
- Define project requirements, identify interdependencies, and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
- Track program progress and performance, and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Develop internal/external communications and facilitate change management.
- Participate in leadership meetings to address organizational barriers and recommend efficient decision-making.
- Ensure timely delivery of strategic business goals in a high-velocity aerospace environment.
Required Experience
- Experience managing and tracking performance of multiple projects.
