Receptionist

General Description:
Receptionist required to be present at the front desk at all times to greet visitors, answer phone calls, and watch security cameras. Monday – Friday, 7:45 a.m. – 12:15p.m.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Notify company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Inform visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Maintain employee and department directories.
- Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
- Operate telecommunication system by following manufacturer’s instructions for house phone and console operation.
- Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Sanitize lobby, doors and area regularly
- Schedule Conference Room Sign-up
- Sort & distribute mail
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks
Work Experience Requirements:
Microsoft applications preferred
Educational Requirements (or equivalent):

Additional responsibilities may periodically include working outdoors in a weapons test range environment. Applicants may be exposed to environments which include working in proximity to live explosives, operating all-terrain vehicles, handling live explosives, and participating in the data collection and documentation of posttest forensics artifacts.
