Job Title: Heavy Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Industrial Maintenance Technician with experience in mechanical maintenance, hydraulic systems, welding, and crane operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a heavy industrial environment, particularly in a steel service center. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various industrial equipment, including overhead cranes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on heavy industrial equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair overhead cranes and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct welding and fabrication tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with office personnel and leadership.
• Work from heights of up to 20 ft.
• Ensure safety and maintenance of tools and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in heavy industrial settings.
• Experience with overhead cranes and hydraulic systems is required.
• Welding experience is highly preferred.
• Electrical experience, including PLCs, is a bonus.
• Must have own tools and be able to work at heights.
