About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Intern to join our team for Summer 2026. This structured internship offers hands-on experience in enterprise systems, IT operations, and project management within a global organization.
You’ll work on real business challenges, contribute to ERP initiatives, and complete a capstone project presented to senior leadership at the end of the program.
What You’ll Do
- Support ERP (Infor LN) initiatives including testing, data validation, and user support
- Assist with documentation and process mapping of enterprise systems
- Provide application and operational IT support across departments
- Create user guides and training materials for system enhancements
- Coordinate IT projects (meeting notes, scheduling, tracking deliverables)
- Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to improve processes
- Partner with Organizational Change Management during system upgrades
- Develop and deliver a capstone project with measurable business impact
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership

What We’re Looking For
- Rising Junior pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication (written & verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- ERP knowledge (especially Infor LN) is a plus, not required
