🕒 Flexible Schedule

💰 Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 (DOE)
- 20% Production Bonus (all current vets hitting targets)
- Realistic OTE: $150,000
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
- $5,000–$10,000 Retention Bonus (negotiable)
