🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a varied daily caseload including consultations, diagnostics, and surgeries
• Performing soft tissue surgeries (with opportunity to expand surgical skills further)
• Building strong relationships with clients and their pets
• As a Senior DVM: leading mentorship, fostering collaboration, and guiding the medical team toward excellence

📅 Schedule & Hours

• No weekends required
• Only 30 hours per week to qualify for full-time benefits
• Hospital hours: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday
• No after-hours on-call

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• $135,000–$180,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)
• 💸 $50,000 signing bonus
• 20% production bonus (no negative accrual)
• 3 weeks PTO plus public holidays
