- Fully equipped surgical suites and intensive care setups
- Collaborate closely with board-certified specialists and experienced ER clinicians
- Structured mentorship programs for new graduates and vets transitioning into emergency medicine
- Opportunities to participate in training programs for interns and residents
- Strong emphasis on continuing education and case collaboration
- Base salary up to $190,000, commensurate with experience
