Veterinarian (DVM) - Privately Owned | Part or Full Time
This 100% privately owned practice offers a rare opportunity to escape corporate red tape and focus on high-quality medicine. With a 4:1 staff-to-doctor ratio, the clinic empowers its veterinarians to lead while a highly skilled technical team handles the heavy lifting. The practice boasts a robust dentistry and soft tissue surgery caseload (if that interests you), modern diagnostics-including digital X-ray, digital dental X-ray and new ultrasound.
The Position
The Veterinarian will manage a balanced schedule of 30-minute wellness and sick appointments (alternated where possible) alongside dedicated surgery blocks, supported by a well tenured support team who are happy to do everything they are empowered to do. The practice culture is collaborative, light-hearted and drama-free, prioritizing long-term client relationships and team work, emphasis is on happiness and balance.
The successful Veterinarian will find a supportive environment designed to minimize stress, with a primary focus on providing excellent care to a loyal client base, some of whom have been with the clinic 30 years.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $125,000 - $145,000 (ProSal).
- Schedule: 4-day work week (Approx. 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM).
- Time Off: Generous and negotiable PTO
