Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a warm, personalized patient experience from consultation through follow-up.
  • Perform hearing evaluations in alignment with professional and clinical standards.
  • Recommend and fit advanced hearing aids and accessories.
  • Provide counseling, adjustments, and long-term care.
  • Partner with the Regional Manager/Director to maintain efficient practice operations.

  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 annually, plus performance-based commission opportunities.

Qualifications

  • A valid Oregon state Audiology or Hearing Aid Dispensing license in good standing.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
