🚨 Hiring: Middleware Engineer | Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid)
We're working with a major financial services client seeking a Middleware Engineer for a consulting engagement.
💰 Up to $90/hr
📍 Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid)
⏳ 10 Month Contract
Key requirements:
✅ Strong IBM MQ administration experience
✅ IBM MQ installation, configuration, clustering, channels, triggers, SSL, upgrades and troubleshooting
✅ Strong Solace Messaging experience
✅ Solace appliance installation, administration, redundancy, fault tolerance, bridging, MQTT, REST, and AMQP
✅ Experience configuring SSL for both IBM MQ and Solace
✅ PowerShell scripting
✅ Python and Bash scripting
✅ Windows, Linux, and Solaris environments
Nice to Have:
• Kafka
• Nastel monitoring
• Ansible automation
• Apache Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic
• Apache Web Server, IIS
• Load Balancers (LTM)
• DNS and GTM experience
This role includes supporting critical messaging infrastructure in a highly available banking environment, including automation, monitoring, disaster recovery, and operational support.
