BAS-HVAC Controls Programmer
Our ideal candidate will be a skilled BAS/BMS programmer fluid with the Niagara N4 platform. As a Control’s Programmer on our team, you will be responsible for programing and troubleshooting the functions of a HVAC controllers. You will create front-end building and equipment graphics for a complete building automation system. You will need to build complete wire sheets for projects to be part of a submittal.
Responsibilities
o Programing controllers
o Front end graphics
o Wires sheets
o Equipment submittals
o Trouble shooting controller functions
o Minor In house panel builds
Requirements
o 2 years of active programing on an Tridium Niagara controllers such as Honeywell, Distech and similar platforms
o Tridium Niagara N4/AX programming certification
o Commercial HVAC controls experience
o Proficiency in ready and interoperating construction drawing, wire diagrams, control schematics, mechanical drawings and spec documentation.
o Understanding of commercial HVAC equipment sequencing
Nice to have – worked with
o Testing and commissioning of Building automations systems
o Collaborate with engineering, field and project management
o BACnet, Lonworks, Modbus
o Direct digital controls (DDC) experience
o Review and audit work completed by junior team members
o IP networking knowledge base
Salary : $80,000 - $105,000
