Program Manager - Power Platform (Business Enablement)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage intake, prioritization, and resource allocation for program requests and initiatives.
- Providehands-on support by building or troubleshooting simple Canvas Apps and Power Automate flows when needed.
- Support training, workshops, and adoption efforts that empower business users to build apps and flows.
- Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations through presentations to BISD and VDOT leadership.
- Establish and maintain governance, best practices, and lifecycle processes appropriate for lowcomplexity solutions.
- Oversee technical delivery and review solution approaches to ensure security, compliance, and alignment with standards.
- Develop and maintain clear documentation and guidance for business users and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with IT, security, and business partners to align solutions with agency goals and policies.
- Identify risks and issues and implement mitigation plans to maintain delivery stability.
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in technical program management, product ownership, or enterprise application delivery.
- Experience overseeing Microsoft Power Platform.
- Ability to build or troubleshoot simple Canvas Apps and Power Automate flows.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop team members while managing both strategy and operations.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and allocate work based on capacity, skills, and organizational needs.
- Strong understanding of governance, IT processes, and application lifecycle management.
- Experience collaborating with IT, security, and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problemsolving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, or Dataverse.
- Certifications such as Power Platform and Azure.
- Experience implementing or supporting governance for low-code/no-code platforms.
- Background in user training, adoption, or change management.
- Experience in public-sector or transportation-focused environments.
- Experience leading and managing teams.
Salary : $90 - $95
