We are currently seeking a Client Relations Associate to join our team. This role supports both Sales and Operations functions, playing a key part in client onboarding, account coordination, and overall client satisfaction.
Position Overview
Under the direction of the Client Relations Manager, the Client Relations Associate supports both the Sales and Operations teams by assisting with client onboarding, account management, and administrative coordination. This role is instrumental in ensuring a seamless client experience from initial onboarding through the full client lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the client onboarding process in partnership with the Operations team, ensuring all steps are executed thoroughly and on time
- Coordinate sales activities, including document preparation, scheduling, and travel arrangements for sales staff
- Manage client files, internal trackers, and onboarding workflows
- Maintain and update data within the company CRM system (HubSpot)
- Prepare and maintain sales and onboarding materials, including presentations, brochures, and promotional items
- Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing timely and professional responses
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and Operations teams
- Maintain confidentiality of client and company information and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling across teams
- Perform administrative tasks or errands as needed

Requirements
- 2–5 years of administrative, customer service, or related experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong sense of accountability and follow-through
- Team-oriented with a high level of professionalism and dedication
- Demonstrates integrity and represents the company brand positively in all interactions

Pay: From $39,520.00 per year
