Description:
SUMMARY
Lead the team on daily activities of Tool Crib systems, including monitoring min/max levels, creating and submitting requisitions, follow up with supplier on deliveries and shop around for the best cost.
Responsibilities
- Manage Autocreate system with min/max quantities for Crib supplies.
- Run recommendation reports / for tooling and supplies
- Work with engineering on tooling orders / calculating min/max order points.
- Follow up with purchasing to ensure requisitions and purchase orders are done on time
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure ontime delivery – communication with affected parties if there are any delays
- Constantly shop around to find best cost in the market
- Understand all sections of TMS pertinent to the crib.
- Update files and make corrections.

Requirements:EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma / GED.
- Reading, writing and mathematical level necessary to competently perform job duties

- Good organizational skills
- Good computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Self motivation and able to work with limited supervision
ADDITIONAL NOTES
- Position may require the ability to lift, bend, good hand dexterity, visual inspection and some manual handling not to exceed 35 pounds.
