GSP-USA is looking for a driven Inside Sales professional who wants to close deals, grow accounts, and build a long-term sales career in specialty industrial chemicals. We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales professional to support inbound sales, customer follow-ups, marketing outreach, and order fulfillment. This role is ideal for an organized, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This role plays a direct role in revenue growth by managing inbound leads, following up prospects, coordinating samples, and closing sales. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day and working within a performance-driven sales environment.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Mount Holly, NJ. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating and leads follow up, managing customer accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, following up on leads, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service. The individual will also collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
What You’ll Do:
- Convert inbound leads into customers
- Actively follow up on quotes, samples, and open opportunities
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Close new business and exceed quarterly targets
- Partner with distributors and internal sales leadership
- Conduct product demos and customer presentations
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of sales or marketing experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (preferred)
- Comfortable with high call volume
- CRM experience a plus
- Proven ability to close sales
- Strong phone and persuasion skills
- High energy, goal-oriented mindset
- Industrial or chemical sales experience a plus
- Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to effectively identify, pursue, and convert sales opportunities
- Proficiency in providing excellent Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Experience in Account Management, including maintaining and nurturing client accounts
- Previous experience in the chemical or industrial product industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is an advantage
