We are looking for a detail-oriented candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage the front desk area, keeping it tidy and presentable
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails
- Schedule appointments and maintain the schedule
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry and document
- Maintain security by following procedures
- Support other departments as needed
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree is a plus)
- Proven experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
