What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Remote Online Notary position at Global Signings?
Responsibilities
- Conduct remote notarial acts using digital tools and technology in compliance with Florida state laws
- Verify the identity of signatories and ensure the integrity of the signing process
- Handle a variety of documents, including but not limited to legal and financial transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all clients
- Participate in training and seek opportunities to improve operations
- Maintain detailed records of notarial acts
- Develop and apply in-depth knowledge of software and services to answer customer questions and determine appropriate solutions
- Remote position - must be a permanent resident of Florida
- Certified Remote Online Notary Public in the State of Florida
- At least 1 year of experience performing remote online notarizations
- Must maintain E&O Insurance Policy
- Must be available during regular business hours
- Minimum of 10 hours per week of availability required
- Strong understanding of the technologies used in remote online notarization
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to analyze and assess situations effectively
