Registered Nurse

Global Service Resources is looking for a contract Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a Tenet medical center in Turlock, CA.

Pay Rate: $67 to $70/hr

Schedule: 9AM to 9PM (3x12 week)

Requirements:

-At least 24 full months of ER RN experience within the last 3 years

-Must have CA RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI, NIHSS

-Must be able to pass drug and background check

-Must have updated medical records and vaccinations

-Candidates who have worked at other tenet facilities within the last 12 months are not eligible fore rehire until a full 12 months has passed.

Some Duties Include:

• Patient Assessment & Triage: Perform rapid assessments and prioritize patient care based on the severity of their condition.
• Emergency Care Provision: Deliver immediate, high-quality care to patients with acute and life-threatening conditions.
• Clinical Interventions: Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Monitoring & Evaluation: Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition promptly.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with facility standards, often using MEDITECH EMR.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions- and more

You will not receive the same benefits as a direct employee of the facility. However, you will be able to sign up for Kaiser healthcare and Delta dental after 90 days of employment. No paid vacation time, but you will start to accrue 5 sick days after 90 days of employment.
