Job Description
Global Riser is seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our facilities, grounds, and equipment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, and the reliability of all building systems.
Responsibilities:
Including, but not limited to:
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural, and fire safety systems.
- Oversee routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
- Manage work orders and maintenance records using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Coordinate and supervise contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and facility projects.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, building codes, and company safety standards.
- Monitor facility safety, security, and cleanliness, addressing hazards promptly.
- Manage maintenance inventories, tools, spare parts, and budget-related expenditures.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requirements as needed.
- Collaborate with operations, production, and administration teams to support facility requirements and special projects.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial, manufacturing, commercial, or healthcare facilities.
- Experience with budgeting and vendor negotiations.
Qualifications:
- Qualification in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field would be advantageous.
