QA - Inventory Control Administrative Assistant Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable QA-Inventory Control Administrative Assistant to be an integral member to our operations team. In this role, you will be working closely with the Operations Director, sales department and warehouse team.
To ensure success, the QA-Inventory Control Administrative Assistant should have experience in a warehouse environment, inventory control, and advanced administrative skills. Outstanding QA-Inventory Control Administrative Assistants provide excellent administrative support to ensure operations and sales targets are met.
QA-Inventory Control Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Cycle counting
- Inbound and Outbound order verification
- Processing and performing inventory checks
- Receiving and processing purchase orders from clients
- Verifying order requests from clients
- Contacting customers by phone or email to answer questions and obtain missing information
- Maintaining and updating inventory, sales and customer records
- Directing feedback between warehouse, operations and sales team
- Performing daily administrative tasks
- Providing support to other departments when needed
- Communicate to customers on shipments and follow up on deliveries
- Any other tasks as assigned
QA-Inventory Control Administrative Assistant Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience as QA or inventory control administrative assistant or a similar role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with inventory reports
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Dependability, reliability and detail oriented is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled in Microsoft programs- Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
