This is a hands-on leadership role—you will be directly responsible for stabilizing operations, ensuring compliance, managing staff, and helping us grow into additional markets. What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee all DD and mental health services (residential, day programs, clinic)
- Ensure full compliance with Medicaid, licensing, and documentation standards
- Supervise QDDPs, case managers, residential managers, DSPs, and clinical staff
- Monitor documentation and billing to ensure accuracy and reimbursement integrity
- Lead team meetings, audits, and operational reviews
- Work with HR and Finance on staffing, payroll, and billing
- Help launch and stabilize mental health clinic operations
- Identify gaps and improve systems for efficiency and compliance
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, or related field
- 5 years leadership experience in DD, mental health, or human services
- Experience with DRC and/or IDS/DDS systems (required)
- Strong understanding of Medicaid waiver services and compliance
- Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams
- Master’s degree
- Experience scaling programs or opening new service lines
- Leaders who can step in immediately and take ownership
- Individuals comfortable managing operations and compliance
- Those who understand reimbursement-driven service models
- Individuals open to travel (~15%)
