As a key member of the team, you will build and maintain customer relationships, guide our partners through the complex world of compliance, and stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements. Most importantly, you will play a role in differentiating our services and experiences from our competitors.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service and account maintenance to manufacturers, importers/distributors, and retailers across the globe through phone calls and emails
- Act as a liaison between state regulatory departments and customers
- Research and communicate laws and regulations as they pertain to specific company
- products
- Law label design and auditing
- Facilitate specialized, product-specific compliance applications/processes outside of the
- normal license registrations and renewals
- Ensure client compliance through meticulous system audits and attention to established
- procedures.
- Complete miscellaneous tasks assigned by Management
Required Skills:
- 3 years of direct customer service experience
- Advanced interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills
- Tolerance for ambiguity
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Technologically inclined
Preferred Skills:
- Comfortable maneuvering and using Mac OS
- Managing tasks in a Project Management platform (e.g., Monday.com, Asana)
