Compensation: $38,500-45,000 / year

The mission of Global Registration Services, Inc. is simple: to create and offer proprietary services to the bedding & furniture industry (manufacturers, importers, distributors, retailers, state departments, officials & inspectors) that will reduce and avoid unnecessary costs, add and increase efficiencies, save time and help create a compliant marketplace.

This is a unique employment opportunity for a talented individual with a passion for customer service and product compliance. As a key member of the team, you will build and maintain customer relationships, guide our partners through the complex world of compliance, and stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements. Most importantly, you will play a role in differentiating our services and experiences from our competitors.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service and account maintenance to manufacturers, importers/distributors, and retailers across the globe through phone calls and emails
• Act as a liaison between state regulatory departments and customers
• Research and communicate laws and regulations as they pertain to specific company
• products
• Law label design and auditing
• Facilitate specialized, product-specific compliance applications/processes outside of the
• normal license registrations and renewals
• Ensure client compliance through meticulous system audits and attention to established
• procedures.
• Complete miscellaneous tasks assigned by Management

Required Skills:

• 3 years of direct customer service experience
• Advanced interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills
• Tolerance for ambiguity
• Critical thinking and problem solving
• Technologically inclined

Preferred Skills:

• Comfortable maneuvering and using Mac OS
• Managing tasks in a Project Management platform (e.g., Monday.com, Asana)
