What You’ll Do as an Event Coordination Assistant
- Represent AT&T in retail locations and event settings, engaging with customers in a professional and approachable manner
- Introduce wireless sales plans, devices, and service options based on customer needs
- Explain product features, pricing, and sales promotions clearly and accurately
- Assist customers with account setup, sales upgrades, or service changes
- Support event setup, customer flow, and overall brand presentation
- Track customer interactions and sales activity using company systems
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
Qualifications for an Event Coordination Assistant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior Event Coordination Assistant experience is a plus
