Property Manager (Adelanto)
employment type: Full time
Apartment Manager position available to oversee a multifamily community. This is a 35 hour per week, Monday to Saturday.
Job duties include customer service for residents, collecting rents, submitting assigned reports to corporate offices, create incident reports, lease violation notices, inspecting units, overseeing the maintenance employee and other follow ups procedures. Some emergency after hour work may be needed for extra pay.
Qualifications require computer skills. AppFolio, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook software knowledge is highly desirable. Previous property management experience is required or similar.
