Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Training Coordinator to support the planning, scheduling, and delivery of our training programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating details, and can balance remote and in-office responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions (virtual and in-person)
- Manage course logistics, including materials, platforms, and instructor needs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for participants and instructors
- Maintain training calendars and registration systems
- Track attendance, feedback, and training metrics
- Support client engagements and customized training programs
- Assist with continuous improvement of training processes and operations
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in training coordination, event coordination, or administrative support
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in project management or training environments is a plus
