We’re looking for a Collections Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys proactive communication, problem-solving, and playing a key part in a results-driven team. You’ll be on the front lines of our collections efforts, making a high volume of outbound calls with our clients' vendor partners to ensure the timely resolution of outstanding claims.
What You’ll Do
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Make high-volume outbound phone calls daily to follow up on outstanding claims and ensure timely collections.
- Communicate with professionalism, urgency, and clarity to our clients' vendor partners via phone and email.
- Support the Collections Manager in resolving account discrepancies and securing payment commitments.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Assist with administrative tasks and cross-functional projects as needed.
- Build and nurture positive relationships by delivering a white-glove service experience in every interaction.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Excellent phone communication skills — confident, clear, and friendly
- Ability to stay focused and energized through repetitive tasks and call-heavy days
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); PowerPoint is a plus
- Experience in collections, customer service, or administrative support is preferred but not required
- Is a self-starter with strong follow-through and accountability
- Has a problem-solver mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Works well independently but loves being part of a team
- Brings a friendly, professional demeanor to every interaction
Bonus Points If You:
- Have 2 years of experience in collections
- Hold a 4-year degree (preferred, not required)
