Casino Gaming Associate / Customer Service
We are looking for individuals with great customer service skills and a positive attitude to join our team! This is a great entry-level opportunity for anyone that is looking to be part of a fun, fast paced casino environment.
Duties and responsibilities (other duties may be assigned to meet business needs):
Providing excellent customer service to all participants, observing and auditing table games action, and ensuring game rules are being followed by players and dealers.
Qualifications:
- Preferred previous casino gaming experience.
- Possess a positive, professional attitude and great attention to detail.
- Must have strong customer service and basic math skills.
- Flexible work schedule is required and reliable transportation.
-New hires are required to work: grave shift, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
-All candidates must be 21 years or older.
-Must have a valid California driver's license or ID.
-Must successfully pass background screen.
Compensation:
This is a full-time, entry-level position. $20. /hour starting pay depending on experience. Paid training is provided. Benefits include: Medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D and 401K.
Global Player Services offers Third-Party Provider of Proposition Player Services in the California gaming industry. Our company provides excellent customer service to patrons and staff within gambling establishments.
