Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Medical Director (MD) to lead our medical team in delivering exceptional, personalized healthcare services. This role combines clinical expertise, leadership, and a passion for wellness to shape the future of health optimization at the Global Wellness Group. The ideal candidate is committed to providing evidence-based, patient-centered care and has a deep understanding of integrative and performance medicine.
Responsibilities
Patient Care
• Oversee and provide expert consultation for patient health optimization protocols, including hormone optimization, nutrition, and performance enhancement.
• Develop personalized treatment plans informed by advanced diagnostics and patient goals.
• Ensure all medical services comply with the highest clinical standards and ethical guidelines.
Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead and mentor a team of healthcare providers, including nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and wellness coaches.
• Collaborate with performance specialists and other allied professionals to deliver holistic care.
• Provide ongoing training and education to clinical staff on advancements in health optimization and integrative medicine.
Innovation & Strategy
• Drive the development and implementation of new health programs and services aligned with the Global Wellness Group's Health’s mission.
• Stay abreast of cutting-edge research and emerging technologies to ensure Global Wellness Group's Health remains at the forefront of personalized medicine.
• Contribute to strategic decisions regarding service offerings, clinical protocols, and patient engagement.
Qualifications
• Medical Degree (MD or DO) with an active, unrestricted medical license.
• Board certification in internal medicine, family medicine, or a related field. Additional certification in integrative or functional medicine is a plus.
• Experience with hormone optimization, advanced diagnostic interpretation, and performance medicine is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and educate a multidisciplinary team.
