Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented addition to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, athlete-centered environment and is passionate about helping others recover, perform, and stay healthy.
The Rehab Coordinator plays a key role in patient experience and clinic flow—supporting both the medical and performance teams in day-to-day operations, treatment preparation, data tracking, and patient communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with patient onboarding, scheduling, and daily session coordination.
- Support clinicians in preparing and setting up for rehab and recovery sessions.
- Track athlete progress, document outcomes, and organize program updates.
- Communicate with athletes, families, and support staff to ensure seamless care.
- Maintain and organize treatment and performance spaces.
- Manage clinic logistics, such as equipment prep and inventory.
- Collaborate with chiropractors, performance specialists, and interns to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Background in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or Athletic Training (degree preferred).
- Strong understanding of rehabilitation principles, human movement, and performance training.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Team player with professionalism and a passion for high-performance environments.
- Recommended: Proficient with basic tech tools (Google Suite, TrueCoach, VALD or similar systems).
