- Consultative Discovery: Utilizing the SPICED Model to identify the prospect’s Situation and Pain, moving beyond features to understand the business Impact our Genius products will provide.
- High-Velocity Pipeline Management: Managing leads with a "no lead left behind" mentality. You are responsible for maintaining elite Lead to Opportunity % and Opportunity to Close % metrics.
- Virtual Demonstrations: Delivering engaging, high-impact presentations of the Genius hardware and software suite to small and mid-sized business owners.
- Closing & Negotiation: Identifying the Critical Event and Decision process for each prospect to guide them through a seamless closing experience.
- Data Integrity: Maintaining precise records within our CRM to ensure sales performance metrics are tracked accurately and transparently.
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated success as a Software Sales Rep or in a similar high-volume sales role.
- Consultative Sales Skills: Experience with consulting and selling over the phone; ability to build rapport and trust without a face-to-face meeting.
- Quota Driven: A consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Tech Savvy: Hands-on experience with Salesforce (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce) and a strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to deliver engaging presentations that clearly articulate value.
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
