As a Financial Analyst Specialist, you’ll have your finger on the financial pulse of the entire organization and lead financial analysis, forecasting, and business partnering with Global Payments for Platforms Working with a diverse team, you’ll be responsible for developing, interpreting, and implementing financial concepts for financial planning and control.

For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $91,900.00-$138,700.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary. What you’ll own:
As a Financial Analyst Specialist, you’ll have your finger on the financial pulse of the entire organization and lead financial analysis, forecasting, and business partnering with Global Payments for Platforms Working with a diverse team, you’ll be responsible for developing, interpreting, and implementing financial concepts for financial planning and control.
Day-to-Day Operations:
- Develop and implement forecasting models to predict financial performance.
- Own forecasting process from end-to-end.
- Establish processes and governance structures.
- Research and compile data to forecast and prepare annual and monthly budget projections for a division or similar group of organizations.
- Track revenue and expenses monthly, comparing actual to forecasted figures, and making necessary adjustments
- Other related duties as needed
- Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare regular financial reports to keep leadership informed about key metrics and financial health.
- Analysis to support KPIs & OKRs for leadership.
- Leverage advanced analytics to enhance performance reporting and support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide valuable insights into performance metrics, helping prioritize and track progress against overall targets.
- Assess existing tools and identify new ones to streamline processes, increase productivity, and reduce manual effort.
- Ensure tools integrate seamlessly into the overall process.
- Coordinate efforts to align with long-range planning (LRP) and annual planning cycles.
- Ensure activities fit into the overall objectives of the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7 years of proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and data management within the payments industry.
- Revenue accounting experience
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of GAAP accounting.
