What you’ll own
Deliver accurate, efficient merchant onboarding that ensures every account is activation ready and error free from day one.
Verify and align merchant data across systems to prevent issues that impact billing, device performance or merchant experience.
Configure back-office settings and Value Added Services to match merchant needs and drive successful setup outcomes.
Identify and resolve data inconsistencies by partnering with internal teams, keeping onboarding timelines on track.
Maintain high-quality records and optimize onboarding workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy and scalability.
What you’ll bring
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage data accuracy across multiple systems.
Confidence using tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to organize and analyze information.
Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and perform in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
Clear communication skills that enable effective collaboration across teams.
