Commercial Attendant

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Basic Function: Direct traffic at gated entry into commercial and public lanes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle and/or credential inspections using app-based technology and conventional means.
• Observe and report any issues to management as necessary.
• Direct vehicles approaching gates to maintain regular flow of traffic.
• Maintain cleanliness of the area surrounding booth, ensuring roadways are free of debris.
• Provide accurate information to the public concerning all areas of airport parking operations and general airport information.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of immediate metro area is desirable.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Prior airport experience is preferred.
• Must have excellent attendance and arrive to work on time when scheduled and have access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work overnight, weekends and/or holidays as scheduled.
