Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary of $84,000–$95,000, based on qualifications
• $5,000 sign-on and retention bonus
• Quarterly performance bonuses of up to $6,000 annually
• $2,000 annual continuing-education allowance

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Illinois Physical Therapy license or eligibility for Illinois licensure
• New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply but are not required.

Pay: $84,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
