Start Your Career with Real Mentorship and One-on-One Care
We don't just hire new graduates—we invest in developing exceptional clinicians
Global Pain & Spine Clinic — Niles, Illinois
Full-Time | $84,000–$100,000 per year bonuses
You spent years learning how to become a physical therapist. Your first job should help you become a confident, skilled clinician—not leave you managing an overcrowded schedule without support.
Global Pain & Spine Clinic is a family-owned, multidisciplinary outpatient practice where physical therapists work alongside physicians, chiropractors and other rehabilitation professionals. We are looking for a motivated new graduate who wants mentorship, meaningful patient relationships and the opportunity to develop strong clinical skills.
Why New Graduates Choose Global Clinic
True One-on-One Patient Care
No double-booking. No treating multiple patients at once. You'll have the time to evaluate, educate, and treat patients the way you were trained.
Dedicated Documentation Time Built Into Your Schedule
Protected documentation time is built into your daily schedule, so you can complete notes during work hours—not after work or on weekends.
Structured Mentorship
Receive hands-on mentorship from experienced clinicians who are invested in your success. Participate in regular case reviews, clinical discussions, and ongoing skill development as you build confidence in your first years of practice.
Learn Alongside Physicians
Work side-by-side with pain management physicians, chiropractors, and other rehabilitation specialists. Observe procedures, collaborate on treatment plans, and gain exposure to advanced diagnostics and multidisciplinary care that most outpatient clinics simply can't offer.
Treat Patients, Not Just Diagnoses
See a wide variety of orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, post-surgical, sports medicine, and chronic pain conditions. Every day brings new learning opportunities and helps you become a well-rounded clinician.
Premium Facilities & Private Treatment Rooms
Enjoy access to private treatment rooms and a fully equipped rehabilitation gym, giving you the tools and space to deliver exceptional patient care.
