Executive Support Specialist
Location: Stafford, TX (with travel to California and Asia)
Department: Executive Office | Reports To: CEO
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Support Specialist to provide high-level administrative and project support to the CEO and executive team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills, and handles confidential matters with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, meetings, travel, and correspondence for the CEO.
- Prepare and review reports, presentations, and executive communications.
- Coordinate key projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Act as liaison between the CEO, internal departments, and external partners.
- Maintain confidentiality and organize sensitive information efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of executive support or administrative experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Professional, reliable, and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus.
- Must be willing to travel domestically to California and internationally to Asia.

Pay: $49,205.04 - $59,257.68 per year
