Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered medical care to individuals in hospice and home care settings.
- Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions, including wound care and prevention.
- Partner with an interdisciplinary care team to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Support patients and families by providing education and compassionate guidance.
- Contribute to the development of clinical processes and best practices for the new facility.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree with an active and unrestricted New Jersey medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Experience in hospice, palliative, or home care is a plus.
- Wound care experience is welcomed but not required—training will be provided.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with an interest in helping build a new program.
