Medical Doctor - Hospice/Home Care (New Jersey)

About The Opportunity

Global Pacific Support is partnering with a newly established hospice and home care facility in New Jersey to recruit a compassionate and dedicated Medical Doctor. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing organization from the ground up and play a key role in shaping its patient care program.

The position will focus on providing medical care in a home care/hospice setting, with an emphasis on wound care. Prior wound care experience is preferred but not required—we will provide comprehensive training for physicians eager to expand their expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered medical care to individuals in hospice and home care settings.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions, including wound care and prevention.
• Partner with an interdisciplinary care team to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Support patients and families by providing education and compassionate guidance.
• Contribute to the development of clinical processes and best practices for the new facility.
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with an active and unrestricted New Jersey medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience in hospice, palliative, or home care is a plus.
• Wound care experience is welcomed but not required—training will be provided.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with an interest in helping build a new program.
