GLOBAL OPS is hiring Security Agents for a summer camp assignment in Great Barrington, MA. This is a full-time, in-person role running June through mid-August, offering consistent hours and a structured work environment.

This role is ideal for individuals who bring strong awareness, reliability, and professionalism, and want a straightforward, high-impact summer assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols to maintain safety and visibility
• Monitor and control access points (vehicles and pedestrians)
• Identify, assess, and respond to suspicious activity or safety concerns
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems
• Respond to incidents and enforce site rules with professionalism and authority
• Complete clear, accurate incident and activity reports
  
  

Requirements

• Prior experience in security, customer service, military, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong situational awareness and observation skills
• Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
• Professional demeanor with the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully
• Comfortable with report writing and basic security technology
• High school diploma or equivalent
  
  

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts (day and night availability)
• Weekends and holidays as needed
• Assignment runs June 2 – August 17
