This role covers the full life cycle of our IT infrastructure,including laptops, PCs, access control systems, network equipment, servers, and cloudtools. The IT Specialist will ensure all devices and systems are secure, updated, andfunctioning efficiently while providing day-to-day technical support to our team.Since we now manage all IT internally, this position requires someone who is hands-on,resourceful, and capable of independently overseeing systems, troubleshooting issues,and maintaining a secure and reliable technology environment.Experience with NinjaOne RMM or a similar Remote Monitoring & Management tool isrequired, as this platform is central to our IT management workflow.Key Responsibilities1. PC and Laptop ManagementOversee all company laptops and PCs, ensuring proper configuration, maintenance, and updates.Monitor hardware performance, diagnose issues, and implement solutions to optimize device functionality.2. IT Support & TroubleshootingProvide on-site technical support to employees, responding quickly and effectively to IT-related issues and requests.3. Access Control, Security & Server ManagementManage the company’s access control systems and backend servers.Implement and enforce cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive information across all systems.4. Subscription & Software ManagementOversee and optimize company software subscriptions, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with licensing requirements.5. Internal IT OperationsManage all IT functions internally, taking ownership of system protection, cybersecurity best practices, and IT operations.6. Remote Monitoring & Management (NinjaOne)Use NinjaOne RMM (orsimilar tools) to monitor systems, push updates, manage end points, and maintain IT security compliance.7. New IT Projects & Security SystemsSupport the planning and implementation of new IT initiatives, including portable control rooms for special events and centralized monitoring systems.8. Documentation & ReportingMaintain up-to-date documentation of IT processes, systems, configurations, credentials, and user guides.Prepare reports on IT activities, issues, resolutions, and recommendations for improvement.Qualifications & SkillsProven experience in IT management, hardware/software troubleshooting, and network administration.Required: Experience with NinjaOne RMM or another robust RMM tool.Familiarity with access control systems, internet/network management, and server administration.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and security awareness.If you are a proactive and adaptable IT professional seeking a hands-on, multifacetedrole with room to grow, we invite you to apply.
