Project Data Analyst (Entry / Junior Level)
Role Description
Support project teams by collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data to improve project performance, planning, and execution. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that provide stakeholders with clear insights into project timelines, budgets, resource utilization, risks, and key performance indicators. Monitor project metrics, identify trends, evaluate outcomes, and recommend opportunities for process optimization and operational improvement. Assist with forecasting, performance tracking, data validation, and reporting activities to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of project information. Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights that support informed decision-making, successful project delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in spreadsheets, reporting tools, data analysis methodologies, and data visualization platforms. Familiarity with database concepts, statistical techniques, project performance measurement, and business reporting practices is advantageous. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights. Strong organizational and time-management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Knowledge of forecasting, process improvement methodologies, project management principles, and business intelligence concepts is a plus.
