Job Summary
The Stocker / Stocking Associate is responsible for receiving, organizing, and stocking inventory in designated warehouse locations. This role ensures that products are properly stored, easily accessible, and accurately maintained to support efficient order fulfillment and shipping operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments and verify product quantities.
- Unpack, sort, and stock products in assigned warehouse locations.
- Maintain accurate inventory placement and organization.
- Replenish picking and packing areas as needed.
- Conduct basic inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Ensure products are stored safely and according to company procedures.
- Label and organize items for easy identification and retrieval.
- Keep warehouse aisles, shelves, and work areas clean and organized.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and general warehouse support tasks.
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Basic communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
